Your contact details will not be passed to any other individual or organisations. DELIVERY OF GOODS You should receive your order within seven days unless there are circumstances beyond our control. Risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you on delivery. RETURNS If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods please contact us to claim a full refund or replacement. This should be done within 14 days of receipt of goods and the damaged goods returned to us within 28 days of the date of the invoice.
